Service Agreement

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is due before or on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit the deposit.

Copyright and Usage

CrispCapture retains copyright to all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreement.

Delivery Timeline

Edited photos will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of the session date. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Limitation of Liability

CrispCapture's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control.
